A Word of Caution About Spring

The Liver/Gallbladder meridians can be rather rigid when they’re out of balance.

What do I mean by this? Well you know that thing where you hear a bit of advice and try to do it perfectly or not at all?

Ya, that’s the Liver channel.

It’s the thing that keeps people from taking a walk for 5 minutes because ‘it doesn’t count unless it’s 30 minutes’.

It also hears things like “eat more greens” and freaks out if a french fry is consumed.

This is part of what contributes to the Madness of March.

Your meridians are so out of whack that they’re trying to do things extra perfect, which adds to the frustration of the season.

The best way to combat this is to ease up a bit.

Loosen the tight grip on the rules, go against the desire to do it “right”.

Aim for 50% of what you think you “should” be doing.

Why?

Because the less you clamp down, the easier the energy flows through the meridians, and the more "in balance" you become.

And if you're sitting there thinking, "easier said than done," don't hesitate to reach out to me

Because I get it. I’ve been there and know the way to a calmer place.

I can help you.
