What’s that point for? - Liver 3

Over the past few weeks we’ve been talking about how the Spring season can bring about some unwanted symptoms such as irritability, insomnia, seasonal allergies and muscle tension. Acupressure is a fantastic tool for managing this. Today we’re going to learn a bit about the acupuncture point Liver 3, and how to use it.

This video demonstrates the location of the acupuncture point. Don’t stress about getting this perfect. Simply massage the area of Liver 3 for 30-60 seconds several times a day. This point is particularly good at night to aid in insomnia or just a general way to ground oneself after a stressful day.
